If you are shipping, the tires should be replaced so the shipper can manage the car. The extra tank came from a friend's daily driven Buick Super 8 he is modifying with a later model frame and LS engine. The tank is repairable but I am including an original fuel tank that is in excellent condition. The original fuel tank is dented and has a leak. I do not know if the gauges where protected when the conversion was done or if the got burned out so I am including a complete set that is undamaged and in good condition. The prior owner converted the electrical system to 12 volts. The hood ornament was not on the car when I picked it up but it was in the glove box so I put it on.
#1950 BUICK RIVIERA DRIVER#
There is a minor dent in the driver door.Īll of the trim is there and in very good condition. The driver floor could be repaired but replacement panels are inexpensive and fairly easy to weld in.The rest of the body is solid and straight. The only rust I have found on the car is the driver side floor board where there is some rust through in one place. Somebody is going to ask me, no, you cannot drive it home, you will need to put it on a trailer or transport. It is just as I got when I pulled it out of the building it was stored in. It is the original pain as far as I can tell.Ĭar is complete and can be driven.

The paint on the car is perfect for the Patina crowd. The bird poop washed off and there was no damage to the paint or metal from it being there. You can see a layer of red dust/dirt on the car and some bird poop on the driver side windshield from all the years of sitting in the building where I got it. Pictures were taken in December 2019 when I picked the car up. It has been in storage since 1986 occasionally being started and driven.
